24th Annual Sunset Hills Silent Auction and ART WALK
We are excited to announce our 24th Annual Sunset Hills Silent Auction and Art Walk on April 20th-30th, 2023! The Auction is an online event with the public invited to explore the amazing Art Walk in-person on the Sunset Hills Elementary campus.
Our auction goal of $25,000 will help fund the 2023-2024 school year’s essential services that are not supported by the state or school district. This includes:
● 2 Impact Teachers ● STEM Teacher ● Art Teacher
● Tech Innovation “Lightbulb Lab” Supplies ● Art Studio Supplies ● PTA programs

What is a Silent Auction?
A silent auction is an event at which items for sale are displayed for attendees to assess, place bids on, and purchase. However, unlike most auctions, there is no auctioneer present, and participants place their bids silently and anonymously on a bid sheet using a bidding number or through an online bidding site—hence the name silent auction. The highest bidder wins the item. This is similar to the auctions on the popular website ebay.com. All items have been donated to the Sunset Hills Silent Auction unless otherwise noted.

All auction items will be featured for the two weeks prior to the auction so that Sunset Hills families and friends have a chance to preview all auction items. All donations are tax deductible within IRS guidelines. The Sunset Hills Education Foundation is a 501(c)3 non-profit, Tax ID 47-0879638. Please complete the form in our auction packet and email it back to us.
